Work above suspended ceilings in an existing clinic needs to be approached carefully. Opening ceiling spaces can disturb accumulated dust and may expose existing electrical, mechanical and communication systems. We plan this work carefully, maintain clean work areas and coordinate activities to minimize unnecessary disruption to the clinic.
Z32 AWARENESS &
COORDINATION
Medical clinics can have electrical requirements beyond those found in conventional commercial spaces. Where CSA Z32 or other patient-care electrical requirements apply, Waters Clinical Construction coordinates with qualified electrical contractors, consultants and inspectors to ensure the appropriate requirements are identified and addressed.
Your clinic may not be able to simply close while renovations take place. Where practical, we can plan work around clinic operations using construction phasing, temporary separations, careful scheduling and coordination with staff. Our objective is to complete the required construction while minimizing unnecessary disruption to patients, practitioners and clinic operations.
